All students selected for admission to Gyalpozhing College of Information Technology, Kabesa, Thimphu, for the academic year 2026 are required to report to the college on August 2, 2026. Registration and the orientation program will take place from August 3 to 7, 2026, and regular classes will begin on August 10, 2026.

The tuition fee is payable annually in two instalments. 50% each at the beginning of each semester. The tuition fee will increase at the rate of 2% per year.

1. Bank Account
   • The College strongly recommends that students maintain an active bank account, preferably with the Bank of Bhutan (BoB), to ensure smooth processing of stipend transactions when required.
