The Autumn Semester 2026 is officially underway at Gyalpozhing College of Information Technology (GCIT)!

Today’s first assembly brought our GCIT community together as we welcomed a new semester and, most importantly, our first-year students who are beginning an exciting new chapter of their lives with us.

From a warm Welcoming Address by the Deputy President to the recognition of student achievements through the Centre for University Student Leadership Development (C-US-LEAD) and Bhutan University Sport Federation (BUSF) Certificate Awarding, the assembly was a wonderful reminder of the many ways our students learn, lead, participate, and grow beyond the classroom.

Here’s to a semester filled with learning, growth, friendship, and new possibilities.
