AIChatbot-CDR

During investigations, critical data is scattered across unstructured handwritten statements in the Complaint and Investigation Management System (CIMS) and structured Call Detail Records (CDRs). Currently, investigators must manually review these fragmented records to extract intelligence, identify inconsistencies, and run complex database queries. This disconnected and tedious workflow heavily relies on technical expertise, slows down the discovery of crucial evidence, and increases the risk of missed connections, ultimately compromising the speed and effectiveness of a case.


To eliminate these bottlenecks, this project delivers a secure, on-premise AI chatbot system that automates dual-data analysis entirely offline to ensure maximum compliance. The application features two dedicated, context-aware interfaces: a Document Analysis Module that uses OCR to process handwritten text and flag anomalies across statements, and a CDR Query Module that translates natural language into SQL to visualize call patterns via charts and tables. By bridging structured and unstructured data, this system transforms complex workflows into an intelligent, high-speed evidence-discovery platform.
